Target does $4 generic prescriptions, so my mother is calling in an antibiotic prescription for me from Maryland to Beaverton. 
I've made an appointment at 1:15pm this afternoon at a downtown clinic to have my ear cut open, etc. 
I have no idea how much they will charge, but it is a sliding scale for uninsured, and all that. 
Big thanks to everyone who gave advice or simply just encouragement and support. 
It should be an easy recovery, I hope. I don't have to go into work until Wednesday.
