What's funny is that a couple of my friends jokingly used to call me 'Fashion B'  when i was 17 years old, working at a small women's store called 'Fashion Bug' part-time. I mean, I guess that's funny. Or mildly amusing. Anyway... 

5 days of Portland Fashion Week insanity starts today. I have to be on site around 4pm. Meanwhile, I'm scheduling a last-minute coffee meeting with a really fabulous designer who wants to talk to me about PR/promo services around 2pm, which is going to have to be super-quick, but she knows I'm doing press stuff with PFW so hopefully can forgive that I will have to put our more serious discussions off for another week.
